Because Creative Staging & Re-Design owns all of our own furnishings, & doesn't need to rent them, we can keep our prices affordable to even the smallest of budgets. 

Creative Staging & Re-Design, owns enough furniture, accessories, plants & floral, rugs & wall art, to stage 20 vacant homes at one time.

Pricing for vacant homes is by the room/area, so the owner can control the price by selecting however many areas they want to have staged. We can stage just one room/area, or the whole house.

For homes under 3,000 sq. ft, OR under $700,000.  pricing is calculated for the furnishings to remain in place for 90 days, and paid in advance:
Dining rooms, and bedrooms-$300.
Living areas- $375. 
Large interior entries- $150
Kitchen dining areas, and outdoor patios- $225.
For homes over 3,000 sq. ft., OR over $700,000. and semi-furnished homes, pricing is on an individual basis.

For either size or price range:
-  If the client selects at least 3 room/areas, all accessories for the kitchen &  all bathrooms are included at no additional charge.
-  Should the client decide to extend the contract time, the contract can be renewed on a month by month basis.

Additional fees:
A one-time fee of $200. for design, delivery, set-up, removal & any adjustments for the contract period will be added, unless the home is outside the local Tucson area. (S. or W. of I-10,  N. of Tangerine, &  Vail) OR for homes that are in the higher $ category. For these there is a $250. one time  fee.
For properties that have exterior stairs, there may be an additional charge.
